I was appalled by the issues I faced during my stay. The microwave and refrigerator were unplugged, and getting them to work became a frustrating hassle. To make matters worse, the wall closet protruded so far that I kept bumping into it, making the room feel even smaller. It was impossible to relax with the thin walls that allowed me to hear every sound from the neighboring room. My experience was far from the stress-free getaway I hoped for, and the staff's response to my complaints felt dismissive.

The lodge-like decor felt so cozy I loved the delicious waffle maker at breakfast-nothing beats fresh waffles! Plus, the indoor pool and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The breakfast was very good, especially loved the option to make my own breakfast sandwich. Staff were engaging and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, there was confusion with our room reservation which caused a long wait for a suitable room for our family, and there was a nearby barking dog, which affected our comfort during the stay.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious pool area and the complimentary breakfast that kept everyone happy. The kids had a blast swimming, and I appreciated the clean, well-equipped room. The location is fantastic, with easy access to skiing and beautiful scenic views nearby.

The carpets in the common areas felt filthy, and the pool looked like it needed a serious paint job!!! Don't even get me started on the room setups. trying to reach the outlets was a hassle!!!
